Aunt Danielle with Peter in the dining tent one morning.
He was such a good camper! So was Aunt Danielle :)Mom and Dad
Gorgeous.... I miss it already!
On our way to the lake for some canoeing
Peter's first experience swimming went very well -
he had a lot of fun and wasn't scared at all
Coffee-aholic wannabe
Mike and I
For some reason, he loved having his face smushed up against the screen
in the dining tent - he thought it was hilarious and it sure treated us to
a hilarious view
Enjoying a gorgeous Grundy sunsetOma and Peter enjoyed some wild white-water canoeing
one day close to the campsite... Peter did an excellent job
paddling through the rapids and bringing Oma home to safety
Although he's not quite crawling yet, Peter is starting to get a bit
more mobile...trying to get his bum in the air, pushing himself around in a
circle, and moving backwards all over the place. Every once in a while
he'll roll over accidentally and this sends him into a fit of despair...
I guess he'll never be a roller. And so the trouble begins!
Getting into the games shelf... I'm going to have to audit the house
for child-friendliness
Here he's wedged himself under a kitchen chair... seems to happen a
lot these days. Doesn't look too upset about it though

Great, great pics Rach. Those ones of Peter stuck here and there were quite amusing.. i'm so looking forward to seeing him scootch around like that!
Love y'all lots
I was laughing hysterically from Peter's picture of being smooshed against the tent. I came the "wrong" weekend and hence missed all of your excitement! Hopefully we cross paths at church sooner than later. I continue to enjoy seeing the updates (the nature pictures are beauties! Sheesh, your whole family is so artistic!!!) :) Blessings...
