July

Mike purchased a local flight in a 4 seater airplane at the Covenant bazaar auction in May, and we took a flight from London to Niagara Falls and back at the beginning of July.  What a neat way to see some familiar locations!
Looking down over the Hamilton airport
Looking down over Heritage CS and Immanuel URC
The north end of St. Catharines where we used to live
Niagara Falls is amazing at any angle I imagine, but this was pretty spectacular

Mom reading to the boys.  Books never get old for these kids
Boating at the cottage this summer
The boys enjoyed balancing on this broken wind surf board, and Uncle Dave enjoyed dumping them off
I like how this picture shows a lot of our week's activities in one shot - one child standing on the shore playing in the shallow water, a few boys balancing on the windsurf board, the water-slide and then some boating and tubing happening in the background
Taking a much needed bath in the kitchen sink
Baby Leah was a star attraction this week!
Mike built a zip line in our backyard and the kids had a blast riding down it. Lots of fun and grass-stained bums!
We have been borrowing Dad and Mom M's projector and it works beautifully for watching movies on the sunroom ceiling!
I was happy with our potato harvest this year - these are the potatoes that came out of the tower that I built in the spring.  I will definitely be trying this again!
